FPN NJCAA Softball Players of the Week 4-4-2017

Fastpitch News has released its April 4, 2017, NJCAA Players of the week awards. All nominations will be considered and are due each Monday by 3:00 pm eastern time. Please submit to rankings@fastpitchnews.com for review.

Brittany Holland

Central Arizona
Holland had the hot hand this past week in the four games she played in this past week. On the week she went 11-for-16 for a .687 average. During the stretch, she belted two home runs and knocked in 11 RBI. Holland added five runs as well.

Megan Garst

Shelton State
Garst improved to 13-2 on the season with three wins this past week. She also lowered her ERA to 0.91 as she did not allow any earned runs over 20 innings of work. Garst racked up 25 strikeouts also bringing her to 132 on the season. The freshman only allowed nine hits as well.
