On this edition of In The Circle, the guys talk to Lacey Waldrop about being an assistant coach at a startup softball program like Duke.
Waldrop offers us some insight on how the Blue Devils are looking this fall and what they will look like in 2018. She also discusses what got her interested in coaching and who was a significant influence on her coaching style.
While playing at Florida State, Waldrop was named the College Softball Player of the Year in 2014. We also talked about her pro career with the Chicago Bandits of the NPF.
