MACON, Ga. – FGCU’s Jessica Barnes and North Florida’s Kaylie Wallace collected Atlantic Sun Softball Weekly Honors as announced by the conference on Monday.
Barnes scored a run for the Eagles in all five of their games this week with two home runs and a double. In conference action she recorded a multi-hit game in every game vs. Jacksonville.
Wallace earned back-to-back A-Sun Pitcher of the Week accolades after picking up three wins for the Ospreys this week. Wallace struck out 16 batters in 25.2 innings pitched including 10 batters fanned out in 11 innings pitched vs. Bethune-Cookman.
