On this edition of In The Circle, Eric and Victor recap the weekend that was in DI and DII. One month into the seasons, the guys make some proclamations. Eric talks about eight teams he feels are already a lock to host regionals in the field of 64 in Division I.
Also in the episode, Eric talks with Division III’s Gordon College Head Coach Katie Woolf. We discuss her season opener, which is coming up on March 10, in Clermont, Florida and the outlook for 2018 season. We also talk about what it is like playing in the Commonwealth Coast Conference and about the challenges of coaching a DIII program. Finally, coach compares the differences between DII and DIII softball.
