In this edition of In The Circle, Eric Lopez, and Victor Anderson preview the upcoming Mary Nutter Tournament in Palm Springs, CA. Eric talks with Iowa State’s Head Coach Jamie Pinkerton about the Cyclones in 2020. The Cyclones are coming off a 2019 season that saw them win 37 games and make the postseason for the first time since 1988.
Also, in the episode, We air a throwback interview we had with Mike Candrea in 2017, where Candrea talks about the experience of being Head Coach of the US Olympic team winning the gold in 2004. The guys also discuss the flaws in some of the questionable college softball rankings this week.
