My name is Sara Moulton and I just wanted to take the time to personally introduce myself as the new editor of Fastpitch News.
Since I was a young girl, Fastpitch has occupied a prominent space in my life. From dusty road trips in club ball and high school to many trips near and far with the University of Minnesota and the Chicago Bandits of the National Pro Fastpitch League, the impact Fastpitch has had on my life has been indescribable. Throughout my young and adult career, the amount of support I’ve received from the Fastpitch community has been inspiring and has helped mold me into the person that I am today. With that in mind, I am so excited to be taking charge of Fastpitch News so that I can give back to the community and continue to help grow the game that I am so passionate about. If you’ve heard of us, great, and if you haven’t, hopefully, we’ll change that over the next few weeks and months.
