In this edition of In The Circle, Eric Lopez and Victor Anderson react to the news of California hiring Chelsea Spencer to come back to her alma matta Cal to be the New Head Coach.
Also, Eric talks with Indiana Associate Coach Chanda Bell about the recent announcement of Bell to be inducted into the Kentucky Athletic Hall of Fame. Bell discusses her time at Kentucky, being part of Shonda Stanton’s coaching staff and working with pitchers Jordan Dixon at Marshall and Tara Trainer at Indiana.
Bell also discusses what it is like coaching back at her home state and more.
Eric and Victor also discuss the DII Softball season in 2021, possibly being shortened to 44 games and more.
