In the Circle: Upsets and Dominance
On the latest edition of In The Circle on FastPitch News, we discuss the stunning upset by Boston over #1 Oklahoma in Las Cruces, NM on Saturday and hear from BU Head Coach Ashley Waters after the Terriers’ historic victory. We then shift our attention to Lafayette, LA where we are joined by Clint Domingue of103.7 The Game to share life with Gerry Glasco and the showdown between Louisiana & Florida.
Afterwards, we are joined by FSU Softball PBP announcer Robin Ahrberg who saw first hand the Seminoles’ performance in the ACC/Big 10 Challenge marked by a dominant performance from Kylee Hanson. Robin shares her transition from player to a broadcaster and what to look for with FSU the rest of 2018.
We wrap up by talking about Division II and some surprising results in the Sunshine State conference. Eric feels this might be a concern, but Victor lets us know that it’s just another Saturday in one of the most competitive leagues in the nation.
