At 25, she is the youngest head coach in DI and comes with plenty of credentials as a four-time All-Big Ten selection at Nebraska and an NPF Championship. She reflects on the process of being named head coach and staying connected with the team during the pandemic. M.J. also reflects on having Rhonda Revelle as a mentor, her playing career, what led her to Nebraska, and the continuing momentum of having more minorities in the sport.
