RICHMOND, Va. (March 23, 2015) – On Monday, Elon sophomore Carey Million and Delaware junior Lisa Stacevicz were tabbed Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) Softball Players of the Week, while Hofstra senior hurler Morgan Lashley and James Madison freshman Megan Good were named Pitcher and Rookie of the Week, respectively.
PLAYERS OF THE WEEK:

-Earned her first-ever weekly CAA honor after leading the Phoenix at the plate over a 4-2 week.
-Hit .611 (11-for-18), knocking in six runs to go with three doubles and one home run. Also owned a .944 slugging percentage.
-Recorded a hit in all six games, including four multi-hit contests.

-Also hit .611 (11-for-18) in leading UD to its own 4-2 week.
-Smacked seven doubles and drove in a team-best seven runs while posting a 1.167 slugging percentage. Hit safely in each of the Hens’ contests.
-Went 4-for-7 in a mid-week sweep of Morgan State, adding two doubles and two RBI and then went 4-for-7 against Drexel in two games on Sunday, with three doubles and three RBI.
PITCHER OF THE WEEK:

-Picked up her second weekly conference pitching honor of the season after a solid 3-0 week in the circle.
-All three wins were shutout victories, as the righty helped HU go 4-0 with a win over Dartmouth and a sweep of UNCW to open CAA play.
-Over 20 innings of work, struck out 22 batters against just three walks. Now owns a 7-1 mark and 1.29 ERA this year.
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK:

-Tabbed CAA Rookie of the Week for the second time in as many weeks (third time this season).
-Stellar once again for the Dukes, going 3-0 in the circle with an unblemished 0.00 ERA. Went the distance in all three wins, allowing four unearned runs and three walks over 20.0 frames.
-Fanned 20 batters total, including 11 in a CAA series-opening win over Towson on Saturday. Now owns a perfect 12-0 pitching record and 0.91 ERA this season.
-Also chipped in a team-best .500 batting average (8-for-16) to go with two homers, five RBI and six runs scored.
