Opelika-Auburn News is reporting that Casey Myers will be returning to the Auburn softball program. Myers spent last year with the San Diego Padres organization.
This is good news for Tiger hitters as it is expected that Myers will resume his role working with the Tiger hitters as a volunteer assistant coach.
One area that the Auburn has excelled and improved in since his father Clint took over the program is their hitting. Casey played a big role in that and with some nice hitters coming in this season, they timing could not be better.
