Chicago Bandits takes advantage of late error to beat PA Rebellion, 6-5

A walk-off error from Danielle Zymkowitz brought home the winning run for Chicago Bandits in a 6-5 victory over PA Rebellion in 10 innings at Rosemont, IL on Sunday.

Zymkowitz racked up two RBIs on one hit for Chicago Bandits. She singled in the sixth inning.

Brittany Cervantes reached base three times. She scored two runs and had one RBI. She singled in the sixth inning and homered in the seventh inning.

Monica Abbott worked out of 10 difficult moments for Chicago Bandits. She pitched 2 1/3 innings and allowed no earned runs on one hit. Abbott faced her toughest situation in the ninth inning.

Angel Bunner ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with the loss. She lasted just 3 2/3 innings, walked one, struck out one, and allowed two runs.

After a scoreless stalemate, PA Rebellion finally got on the board with four runs in the sixth. PA Rebellion scored on a home run by Taylor Edwards.

Chicago Bandits scored one run of its own in the eighth. Chicago Bandits scored on an RBI single by Kristen Butler.
