Alabama earned their runs in the first and second innings, while Tennessee came back in the third and fourth innings to tie. The Lady Vols took the lead in the fifth inning and sealed the deal with a run in the seventh. Tennessee earned five runs on ten hits, while Alabama managed three runs on seven hits.
